SUPER SWEET SUNDAY

Garden Tangle ACEO available soon at Glenna's Garden

I was up early this morning. I finally got all caught up with Glenna's Garden http://www.gnormyle.etsy.com/ Well it looks like I will be featuring two international shops back to back on Feature Friday here on my blog the next two Fridays. I finally have it all together and I am feeling 100% better. Today is a day off for me normally but I will be using the day to stay inside in the cool air and get things done for the start of a new week. If you want to be Featured on a Friday in my blog please just email me gnormyle@yahoo.com You must have an active Etsy shop and that is the only requirement. The rest of the work to put an article together is easy. I will be adding a link here later today for a treasury I will create today. This time the challenge will be a theme. I wish when I put the treasuries together that I could move the items I choose around by simply clicking the picture and repositioning it in another place just like we can do when we rearrange our shops. I am looking forward to Christmas in July on Etsy. I have received some good customer feedback on my jewelry I have listed. I started out wanting to offer jewelry but it is so very competitive on Etsy. I have so many new items to take pictures of Monday and hopefully start listing soon. What are your plans for today? Is anybody taking a vacation? I am waiting for my sister to move back to FL soon and then I will go there to visit her when it is cold here. Yay!

I think we need a cool link here let's see how about edible flowers check this out

What's up, it is Wednesday?

It's the last day of June.......already half way to the big weekend. Nice temperatures today YAY! Today is a beautiful day! Finally a typical day in June for us 70 degrees low humidity. The kind of day when you go outside you feel refreshed. I will be out taking advantage of this day taking many new pictures. Yes today I get to be the photographer side of myself. Nowhere best than Manchester, NH for an adventure in the gardens. So this will be a short short blog and if I can I will add to it later on today, I just might. One of the items in my shop made it into another Etsy treasury today please check this out this one titled Gentle on my Mind

Many thanks Sarah for including my vintage cat card in this beautiful soft treasury.

I belong to three Etsy teams so I have decided to create new treasuries one in red another in white and the third one in blue to salute our teams and of course Fourth of July! This weekend is going to be fun. I enjoy watching the fireworks over the river downtown. Enjoy your day wherever you are!

It is early in the morning yet I am enjoying my coffee and taking in this new day. Temperatures are supposed to fall today and the humidity is going to drop. More like May in NH. There is even a prediction that it will go as low as 44 one night. The gardens will be alright. I need to get some pictures taken today there are so many beautiful plants blooming. One of my favorites is the perennial known as bleeding hearts plant. The strawberries have the most adorable white flowers on them again. I will share some pictures in this blog later on today. I joined a great site recently called swap-bot.com I have already joined up with 5 different swaps! Way too much fun! Check it out for yourself you will be happy you did. I am making this tonight. Real easy!

I was just visiting Campbell's Soup website. I was looking for chicken recipes instead I found this one for beef. I am adding fresh chopped sweet peppers to mine with some parmesan chese on top. What would you do with this recipe?

Beef and Pasta

3/4 pound ground beef (85% lean)
1 3/4 cups Swanson® Vegetable Broth (Regular or Certified Organic)
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves, crushed
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 can (about 8 ounces) stewed tomatoes
1 1/2 cups uncooked medium tube-shaped or corkscrew-shaped pasta

1.Cook the beef in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat until it's well browned, stirring often to break up the meat. Pour off any fat.

2.Stir the broth, Worcestershire, oregano, garlic and tomatoes in the skillet and heat to a boil. Stir in the pasta. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 10 minutes, stirring often. Uncover.

3.Cook for 5 minutes or until the pasta is tender. Serve and ENJOY! I like light and easy meals especially in the Spring and Summer months. Add some nice bread and a salad too plus a serving of fruit for dessert.

Very nice meal!

Leftovers well they are always appreciated the next day.
