Another great challenge I made to myself make something you have never made before. I looked at the following tutorial for help http://www.ehow.com/how_4823133_sew-fabric-yoyos.html I am getting hooked to it, making fabric yo yos. What a wonderfully easy project with cute results every time. I started with the yellow fruit fabric first and made yo yos yesterday. Last night I cut out the lady bugs and tiny green leaf print circles for the next set of yo yos. Too cute!! So this morning I am hand stitching the ladybug yo yos. I thought I would share some pictures here. I am willing to sell these if anybody wants them just let me know. I will be making a few more sets I am sure and selling them in my shop for much more. As always you get a sneak peek at behind the scenes in my studio. Please visit Glenna's Garden for many more great gifts, supplies and vintage items plus my art. RAINY DAYS AND WEDNESDAYS

We have more rain today and it's cool here in Manchester, NH. I am soooo excited there are actually 3 small buds on the pomegranate bush here at Glenna's Garden studio. I will get pics and share them on here when they are bigger because they are teeney tiny right now. I did a major reorganization of my supplies today. I need to get some storage containers. I listed this ACEO I made "Taking It To The Edge" in my shop yesterday. It is from Quilter's Delight, a box set of booklets designed with a quilter in mind. Good day to stop by Glenna's Garden at www.gnormyle.etsy.com for many items shipping is included for free.

"The Girl of Life" Box

This is a beautiful box that I have made and it is for sale at Glenna's Garden http://www.gnormyle.etsy.com/. I have been busy gearing up for the annual YART SALE at Etsy. So far I have tagged and labeled 12 items for the sale. I am excited and hopefully I can sell some more of my unique items. Sunny Sunday this morning and cloudy plus quite warm this afternoon. The Red Sox are playing the Texas Rangers. I am working on Glenna's Garden and gearing up to list a whole bunch of new pieces. I have more tags, bookmarks, ACEO's, vintage items and I could do a supply destash. Looking forward to a busy week with the YART SALE. Monday morning we are going to do a small destash for the event.
