I got all of my Thanksgiving Day shopping done yesterday. Then at noon I went to a Turkey Shoot. I won two of the raffles....I was lucky like that last year too. I won a bottle of spearmint Schnapps and a cloth bag with carrots, potatos, onions and rolls in it. I could have picked a turkey but I already had one and didn't have room in my freezer for it. I love the holidays and cooking/baking! What are you making this year? or do you go out to relatives, friends or a restaurant perhaps!

ReplyDeleteThat pumpkin French toast recipe looks like bread pudding and I love both, pumpkin and bread pudding. I might try that.

I'm just going to have a regular day with Gizzy. I generally don't cook a big meal for just myself. I'll probably spend it most of the day outside with Gizzy, just being thankful to be alive.
