For I Have Plans For You

"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord. "Plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." Jeremiah 29:11
My grandsons ages 4 and 2 great grandmother passed on June 28th. They were with their Mom and her mother step dad and Helen's husband of 57 years Webb when Helen suddenly passed on to Heaven in her hospital bed. My son arrived at the hospital moments later after she had passed. I was a mess yesterday. Consoling my son grieving the loss myself and also dealing with the painful memory of my four year old grandson asking me if his Daddy or Grammy were going to pass on. Because he didn't want them to. I am doing better today. I couldn't function yesterday. Today I ran errands went to the grocery store and I am doing my laundry. Making preparations for the wake on Monday and the funeral on Tuesday. Meanwhile today is my baby grandson's second birthday. We then have Fourth of July coming up on Wednesday this year. I am going to be busy for a bit!

I found some really nice recipes on this website www.Skinnytaste.com

Divine Grace

"Even now," declares the Lord, "return to me with all your heart, with fasting and weeping and mourning." Rend your heart and not your garments. Return to the Lord your God, for he is gracious and compassionate, slow to anger and abounding in love, and he relents from sending calamity. Joel 2:12-13
Wow what a beautiful morning to wake up to. I spent the night away at my friend's flat here in the city. The windows were open it was so nice and cool. I awoke to a bird singing so pretty. I call it the repeater bird as I have heard some before. This bird as an infinite amount of beautiful sounds it repeats a couple of times over and over and then goes on to another double or triple set and so on. Never the same sound is repeated. The pine trees in the grove looming very nearby are so beautiful to watch the sun come up in. Home to many creatures big and small! I had the most refreshing sleep. A mini vacation in the city! Praise be to Him!

The next few days are supposed to be HOT again. A/C will be on. Our electric bill was $100.00 for last month. We got a break yesterday and that was it.
Today I feel the need again to be creative. I am going to read Genesis some more. I want to start my visual art journal page. I can do this! My head is clear. Grace shall flow freely from my heart.
Check this out from Dover Publications

On this day of your life, we believe God wants you to know ... that you are to let grace flow freely from your heart.
Brothers playing with cars in the window before school! My grandsons ages 4 and 2.

Think back over the last few days, - how many times have you felt appreciation towards another? How many times have you thought about another: 'what a lovely smile', or 'she is so nice', or 'such a kind man', or any of a myriad of other appreciative thoughts. Did you express them? Did you come up to her and say: 'you are so nice'? And why not? Why did you stop divine grace from flowing freely from your heart? Do you want to change the world to the better? This is it, this is how you start.
Yes I have done that and it feels so good. I did it some more today. Thanking people and telling them how nice they are. It really feels good. Have a wonder filled day too!

Light My Path

Your word is like a lamp for my feet and a light for my path. I will do what I have promised and obey your fair laws. Psalms 119:105-106
I am up early it is chilly cool 55 outside at almost 6:30 AM EST in Southern NH USA I have been out for a short walk already. I thought I was going to be at my son's house most of the day now it looks like that I will be getting together with everybody later on and going to the car races. 1/4 mile funny cars nitro trucks jet cars super fast motorcycles and more. It has been awhile since I have been to one of these shows. The last one I went to was the Gator Nationals in FL I have lived here for 6 years and have wanted to go where I am going today/tonight for a long time. My now exhusband and I used to race a 1964 Chevy Impala SS at smaller dragways in MD called 75 and 80 and also Bud's Creek. I have racing in my blood. I have met John Force in person. A racing legend. Looks like it is going to be a nice day weather wise. Praise Him! Thank you for this day!

I had a delicious dinner out last night BBQ baby back ribs, teriyaki rice prepared by me and a garden salad with vinagrette dressing which I made and contributed. I slept well and woke to the beautiful pine trees outside my friend's window. Tall looming trees. Well structured there is a grove of them all different heights. The birds and squirrels love it. It is a great home and playground for them.  A rather large bird landed there this morning. Perhaps one of the hawks or eagles from around here. Beyond that you can see airplanes well also mostly jets coming in for a landing. It is so quiet and a lovely place to visit. Good for ones soul!

On this day of your life, Glenna, we believe God wants you to know ... that if you feel too busy, you are.
Give yourself permission to be un-busy. Give yourself an hour or a day to simply be. Allow yourself the luxury of a small retreat. Allow your spirit time to be restored. Even God took a day of rest.

Oh I love this. I did take a break from it all last night. This is something I do give myself permission to do and that is take a break. You don't get much of a break when you are younger and raising a family plus working. Now it is my time.

Whale of a Wednesday

"The most important one," answered Jesus, "is this: 'Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one." Mark 12:29
I am reading Genesis in my bible for some inspiration to create a new art journal page titled "In the Beginning" so far I have some really nice ideas not sure how to downsize all my thoughts as God created and has always created everything. It is a lot to take in. Heaven and Earth Man Nature and so on. The page is 5 1/2" by 8 1/2" As I work on it I will share photos of it with you. Right now it is a blank white slate staring at me. We have to include an old stamp from the Apollo Era with a moon on it in our creation. Praise Him for creating you and me!

It is cool with light rain showers today. I have been up since 4 AM and I already feel like going back to bed. One of those grey days you want to just snuggle in bed and read. I can do that if I want to. I deserve it too! I have no plans no worries but a lot of pain today. I won't make it as long today as I did until 1 PM or so yesterday. It is all therapy for me. Correcting my posture as I sit. Forcing my hands to type even my right hand which is disabled. Stretching praying adding to my Pinterest boards my likes and I have many. Now writing in my blog. I try so hard to distract myself from pain. Bodywide pain. RSD FMS cancer survivor OA full body I know pain. I don't take narcotics! I refuse them unless I have surgery even then with my dental surgery I survived on no narcotics. Each day I am getting better. It is still really tender in my gum where the tooth was removed a full tooth with a teeny tiny cavity that abcessed. Gone now! I was in the hospital last year for a tooth problem at this time. Watching the fireworks by myself from my hospital room.

This year I hope to enjoy watching the fireworks from a third story flat here in the city. They are shot over the river downtown. I am sure the view will be really nice. What are you doing for the 4TH of July? I need to work on my greeting cards for this holiday and get them sent out! Also baby grandsons birthday is June 30th  I am ready for that party! Two year olds!

I love this website have some fun and flip through the beautiful orchids and so much more.

Faith About Monday

It is by faith we understand that the whole world was made by God's command so what we see was made by something that cannot be seen. Hebrews 11:3

I knew it would cool down 75 for a high. It still feels muggy. No rain is expected today so we should have a nice day. Last of my weekend chores need to be done today. Then I will have a fresh start of creativity for the new week. Praise Him for today!

My grandsons ages 4 plus 4 months Brady and Carter will be two on June 30th 2012

I love my grandsons Thank so much for blessing me with them. Praise be to Him!

On this day of your life, Glenna, we believe God wants you to know ... that letting go makes you wealthier.
Wealth is never measured by what you have, but by what you can give away. You are rich with money when you can afford to donate. You are rich with love when you can give love freely. You are rich with God when you can behold your enemy with compassion.

AH YES!

I hope wherever you are you have wonder filled days ahead!

Praise Him yes He will!

The Big Fish Story

Yield to obey each other because you respect Christ. Ephesians 5:21
So amazing is the size of this fish, an alligator gar. When I lived in FL we went fishing one day and caught a 5 gallon bucket full of these fish of course much smaller. They had so many teeth. We released all of them. The thrill of finding a school of them was so much fun. They put up a good fight even when little.

http://www.grindtv.com/outdoor/blog/33939/texas+fisherman+prevails+in+epic+battle+with+enormous+alligator+gar/

I am up early again this morning woke up at 5:30 AM EST in Southern NH it is 70 degrees and rained over night, 86 is expected to be the for a high today. I have no plans this weekend except to stay cool. With several fans going and the window A/C it is comfortable in here. Outside was like a sauna yesterday. I ran my errands yesterday and when I got home I felt so sick and tired from the heat. I slept away most of the afternoon and into the evening. I woke up late and ate something light. I am really having to make myself eat in spite of the fact that my mouth hurts from dental surgery this past Monday. It is healing but takes time. Praise Him for the dental care and a good dental surgeon.

Horrible Heat Wave in Northeast

Your kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, And Your dominion endures throughout all generations. Psalms 145:13
I am going to be starting another visual art journal page soon. This one is based on the postage stamp that says In the beginning God.....with a moon in the background. God created heaven and earth. I am waiting for the actual stamp to arrive in the mail and then i will take things from there.
It was 100 or better the last couple of days here in southern NH. Taxing our window A/C and now we have 3 fans going in all different directions. I am closing my bedroom off during the day. I feel like buying another fan a personal desk fan to blow on my face. it was so hot in here my eye brows hurt. I have been trying to recover. Headaches tummy aches and my mouth hurts soooooo bad from the dental surgery I had Monday. It is still healing. Praise Him for the infection being gone. I am on soft foods for 3 more days. That is ok I don't feel much like eating any way. The scale says I dropped 5 pounds Ha that would nice!
Me and my baby grandson Carter born June 30, 2010
Praise Him for my sons and grandsons! I like my hair short it is all grown out again and part way down my back. It sure would be cooler with out all the hair. All I do is put it up anyway. Hmmmm maybe I will get it cut. I am looking forward to Carter's second birthday party coming up soon.

I joined the Huffington Post so I could read this article you may have to also.

First Day of Summer 2012

You won't be afriad of sudden trouble; you won't fear the ruin that comes to the wicked, because the Lord will keep you safe. He will keep you from being trapped. Proverbs 3:25-26
Comforting words! You never know when sudden trouble might arrive. Thank you for keeping me safe! Praise be to Him!

We are expecting 100 degree temperatures today on the first day of summer here in southern NH. How is the weather where you are? I plan to stay in the A/C a person like me with lots of medical problems needs to be in an A/C'ed place. At 7:45 AM EST it's already 68 degrees out. Summer in the inner city! Praise Him I have A/C! A/C is not a standard everywhere here in New England in a lot of homes. Sure there is central A/C in newer and adapted buildings. So window A/C units are most common and several fans if you can afford to pay the electric bill to run them. It is no question with me I have to have one. Remember to check on your elderly neighbors during a heat event like this. My prayers go out to all affected by the high temperatures.

On this day of your life, Glenna, we believe God wants you to know ... that when the night feels very long, remember that a new day is just around the bend.
With each new day we are given new hope, new possibilities, new opportunities. Each new day is a miracle.

Praise Him for today!

Sweetness of Life

Yes, I have loved you with an everlasting love; Therefore with loving-kindness I have drawn you. Jeremiah 31:3
Thank you!

I am up fairly early today and decided I needed to write some first this morning. I saw a dentist yesterday. I was referred to the oral surgeon at my local hospital. Early Monday morning I have an appointment at the hospital. meanwhile I have to stay on this harsh antibiotic. I think my body is adjusting to it tummy wise because I have been eating probiotic yogurt every day. The headaches are harsh I just had one the was blinding for a moment and then gone..
I ended up doing my grocery shopping yesterday. I bought so many nice fresh fruits and vegies. Cherries and blueberries top the list.

Smells like home!
I am so excited I will see my grandsons tomorrow. They bring me big smiles.

I love this message!
On this day of your life, Glenna, we believe God wants you to know ... that you will feel better if you notice the sweetness of life.
Notice the smiles of children, the songs of the birds, the caress of the sun's warmth. This sweetness is for you. Allow it to soothe your soul and bring a smile to your face.
I went to Easter Seals for a consult with a dentist on my tooth yesterday. All I could hear were the children in the playroom making a lot of noise and that was sweet too. Yesterday I noticed a lot of birds chirpping sounds like cheap cheap oh boy and yes the sun was warm.
Already it is 66 clear and sunny. It is expected to go to 82. My A/C is on. I wonder how muggy it will be today? No mugginess in here the A/C takes it away.
I found some great websites to check out. Here they are. As always I love to provide you with interesting sideshows to my mostly hum drum life.

Budget Friendly Ways to Keep Your Apartment Cool This Summer

I love kielbasa! Especially turkey kielbasa because it is light.

I picked out books for free from this stack. I did get a Thomas Kinkade book from it. A shoe box full. I paid a reasonable price for shipping. It turned out to be a little less than one dollar a book.

I love to read I have so many books to catch up on now. Since I developed disabilities my concentration is not what it used to be so I jump around a  lot with my books. Reading a chapter at a time. I am up to Chapter 3 in Wind in the WIllows. Summer is a great time for reading outdoors! I don't want to get a nook or kindle I like to have book cases. The touch the feel smell of a book is so important and that is what you lose with an electronic device. Do you read to your children? It is very important that you do. I could read at the age of 3. My stay at home Mom taught me how to read. She had 4 children under the age of 5. I am the oldest. I am almost 54 now. So I have been reading for a long time. Happy Reading! Have a wonder filled weekend! TGIF

Wishing Well Thursday

With the coming of dawn, the angels urged Lot, saying, "Hurry! Take your wife and your two daughters who are here, or you will be swept away when the city is punished." Genesis 19:15
I see the dentist today. YAY finally. I am so excited to get my tooth and abcessed gum looked at. I am taking a really strong antibiotic called clindamyacin that is also clearing up my nose too especially on the abcess side. Amazing I wonder if this is all near a sinus passage. I just want the tooth out. I hope and pray the dentist removes the tooth. I will let you know the outcome of this dental adventure tomorrow. I pray for all of you everywhere who are suffering tooth problems.

So I have been sleeping and eating ok.

3 step strategy to flatten your tummy

http://health.yahoo.net/articles/fitness/3-step-strategy-flat-stomach

On this day of your life, Glenna, we believe God wants you to know ... that joy will come when you pass on the love you have received.
If you hoard love, it melts away. If you lock love, it breaks free. If you grab on to love, you end up holding an illusion. When you let love flower in its own way, it stays to support you. When you pass on love, it multiplies beyond measure.

I hope where ever you are that you have a most wonder filled day today!

Truly Tuesday

Wise people are careful and stay out of trouble, but fools are careless and quick to act. Someone with a quick temper does foolish things, but someone with understanding remains calm. Proverbs 14:16-17
That's me! Cool. Calm and collected. Watch what you say~! Sometimes it is better to listen and say little. It is an art I am working on.

Today it is 69 out at a quarter to noon here in Southern NH. Nice weather! Cloudy or partly sunny depending on how you look at it. I hope it isn't humid. I am going out for dinner tonight with a friend. We are walking a short distance to a great restaurant. I will let you know all about how it was tomorrow. A restaurant review just in case you are ever in Manchester, NH looking for a place to eat. I already know this place is good so hopefully they are good again.

With my journal done I have free time now to work on the scrap books maybe. I really need to do laundry. Eat lunch soon too. I can move my computer! YAY! I have room for 12" by 12" scrapbook pages to lay flat to be worked on and put together. That is much easier than how I have been working on them in the album on my lap. I will be detaching all cords and going wireless as soon as this is published.

I took a regular composition book and covered the outside of it both front and back. I still have to cover the insides of the covers and I was thinking about adding pockets inside. This is going to be my writing journal. I got lucky with the brown edge which came on the book.

On this day of your life, Glenna, we believe God wants you to know ... that today you can help a thousand people see God's light.
Feel God's light shining within you and take a step to inspire someone else to shine. As you share this vision today with just one soul, that reaches ten lives that touch a thousand.

AWESOME MESSAGE!

Muggy Monday Morning

Whoever does not care for his own relatives, especially his own family members, has turned against the faith and is worse than someone who does not believe in God. 1 Timothy 5:8
I feel so bad I can't watch my grandson this morning. My son and DIL need me. Maybe they will need me tomorrow. I have to be at the doctor's office this morning myself to have my mouth looked at. I tried to treat with penecillin what I thought was an abcess in my mouth and it didn't go away. This was the soonest they could see me and this is not something you mess with. It should all work out for the good. It sounds like they feel the need to take my grandson to the doctor and that would mean that my DIL needs to find someone to take her shift. Quick prayer needs to be said about all of that.

It is 59 this morning and supposed to go to 79. I threw on a sweater already as I am leaving soon and now I am too warm inside. The room that has A/C is closed off to me. There is no sun out. I can tell from my ponytail being super curly that the humidity is up in here. Summer sure does feel like it is here. Here being Southern NH.

As always I like to share some interesting websites that I have foundternet so here are some. Enjoy!

What sort of fun things have you been doing so far this summer. Anybody been to the beach yet? I have not been to the ocean in a couple of years. I was enjoying going to Peaks Island, ME but I haven't been keepng up with those friends. I know I should. I hopefully see them on Father's Day at the BBQ cookout.

On this day of your life, Glenna, we believe God wants you to know ... that most of your words are unnecessary.
All too often you speak simply to fill the space with sound, because you feel too uncomfortable with the silence. But this silence is golden. Only in silence you can hear God speak to you. Only in silence can a real prayer, a heart prayer be born. Next time you start chattering, stop and fall into the silence, feel its shape, its texture, and then slowly and silently say only what really has to be said.

I have been practicing this.

Where ever you are I hope you enjoy a wonder filled week ahead.

Yesterday is Gone Today is Present

When you talk, do not say harmful things, but say what people need- words that will help others become stronger. Then what you say will do good to those who listen to you. Ephesians 4:29
I tried words of kindness and compassion didn't help. Let's just say the person that needed help would not listen. In that situation you have to turn it over to God. I did. I am still praying.

It is noonish and 77 already. The weather report is calling for 81 today and 82 tomorrow. It is toasty outside. Inside in the A/C it is nice and cool. No humidity. My indoor garden dried out so quickly and is now ensconced in curtains to keep the heat back. I will have to check it this evening and see if it needs more watering.

What to do today. My son has made my computer wireless now. So when it hurts me too much to sit I can lay down for the first time ever or sit on the couch recliner seat with my computer. I think I might actually enjoy this. Well I am imagining the niceness of it. Every once in awhile an article is worthy of sharing so I like to give you something to read about or look at. Maybe you will learn  something new. On Pinterest I have been collecting tutorials and recipes and so much more. It is my preferred way of keeping ideas for crafty now.

Look at all of those beautiful reddish orange buds. Each one flowered and then they lose there petals they dry up to a red and what is left is a fleshy bud. The buds evtually have always dropped off for me.

Baby Girl is One

When you pray, you should go into your room and close the door and pray to your Father who cannot be seen. Your Father can see what is done in secret, and he will reward you. Matthew 6:6

Praise Him what a beautiful sunny day here in Southern NH! It is close to lunch time and I am hungry. I have a big salad in mind for a good nutritious lunch. It will involve some sort fish or shrimp too. Doesn't that sound yummy?

This is a video of my my great niece by marriage Abby. She is one! Happy Birthday baby girl!

How To Flatten Your Tummy

http://health.yahoo.net/articles/fitness/3-step-strategy-flat-stomach

TGIF This week seemed long to me with all of the rain. Speaking of that it is clouding up again this afternoon. We are expecting more rain.

Where ever you are I hope your days ahead are wonder filled!
On this day of your life, Glenna, we believe God wants you to know ... that you've been talking to God too much, and not listening enough.
Prayer is when you talk to God. Meditation is when you become quiet and listen to God. You've learned how to talk and ask well. Time to learn how to listen and hear, because God has been answering you.

Passing Through Waters

When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow you. Isaiah 43:2
I love you for that! You are always with me every step of the way Lord. Praise Him!

52 and foggy this early morning 5:30 AM EST as I start to write. We had a big storm last night and lots of rain. All I see ahead is rain for the next three days never mind the last many days too. This kind of weather makes my body ache horribly. I have been close to taking strong drugs lately but I have managed to hold off so far. I am also experiencing an abcessed tooth as well and taking penecillin. It is not going away. I will need to see my doctor.

My niece sent me some really nice memo pads and pencils plus a sachet with the most wonderful scent to it. I am going to have to ask her what it is? My son said it was one of his favorite scents. He named something off.  The first pad I am using it titled to remember. I really need that to help me seriously I do. I write down a lot of things so I don't forget them or to do them.

This morning I am thinking about my grandsons. Lord watch over them and keep them safe today, tomorrow and all other days
.
My feel good Nana feelings are waning. Each time I see them I want to see more of them. Praise Him! I know He sees this.

There is nothing you need to do to deserve happiness. There are no 'minimal requirements' for you to fulfill before you can claim happiness. You deserve happiness simply by virtue of having been born. That's it. Nothing more is required. Be happy.

Gardening to Live Longer

When you are in distress, and all these things come upon you in the latter days, when you turn to the Lord your God and obey His voice. Deuteronomy 4:30
50 feels like 48 degrees and overcast early this morning in Southern NH. More rain is expected today! Another day napped away. My pain levels are elevated because of the cool damp weather.

I have been thinking about camping so much lately. I would love to take my grandsons ages 2 and 4. Of course with my sons too and DIL would be nice. A campfire and smores. Swimming and fishing in the lake. Camping out under the tall pine trees. Hopefully with no rain good weather! I know of a great place nearby us here in Southern NH.

More of Monday

When I am afraid, I put my trust in you. In God, whose word I praise— in God I trust and am not afraid. What can mere mortals do to me? Psalms 56:3-4
So here in Southern NH we are even cooler this morning at 50 feels like 47 and of course light rain. Today is the day He made Praise Him!

My TV auxilliary box is not working. I have to take it up the street for the cable company to look at it. I missed TV last night. Instead I read. I started reading Wind in the Willows. My favorite book ever. I read two chapters and drifted off to sleep blissfully thinking about the animals and their riverside life.

I do not know what I will craft this afternoon. My back has been hurting bad and it is hard for me to sit for extended periods of time. Tomorrow is grocery shopping day. Hopefully my friend takes me.

I love white cheese pizza sans tomato sauce!  It doesn't give me heartburn. Get your favorite pizza recipes here.

I must have a good life! Do you?

Have a wonder filled Monday and week ahead!

Such a Beautiful Sunday

When a person's steps follow the Lord, God is pleased with his ways. If he stumbles, he will not fall, because the Lord holds his hand. Psalms 37:23-24
Cool today 56 with a drizzle the weather report says. Another good day to stay in and have fun. I need to do some organizing and cleaning. I won't get much done. I have to be quiet while my son is here. It is his only day off.

I might get a walk in to take some pretty pictures. It looks like the sun is trying to come out now as I write this. Praise Him for today! Noooooo it was way too cool and windy today. I napped instead.

On this day of your life, Glenna, we believe God wants you to know ... that you are beautiful.
Even when you feel ugly or depressed or guilty or ashamed, there is an inner spark in you which is light. This light is your beauty. This light is your reflection of God. You are a child of God, thus you are beautiful.

I hope you enjoy the week ahead and that it is wonder filled and fun!

Jewelry Journal

Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with your might; for there is no work or device or knowledge or wisdom in the grave where you are going. Ecclesiastes 9:10
Really rainy and cool 54 this morning! Good day for snuggling under the covers and sipping some soup. Sleeping and watching TV. I was going to make some jewelry perhaps earrings for myself but I have company coming over for lunch soon.  So I will be doing none of the above. I still need to work some more on organizing the scrapbook pages. I won't be doing this until later on. I am so grateful for company! It gets lonely when you are by yourself a lot. I love that I have Him! I am getting used to it but don't like it. Most people my age are working all day long. When I move here in the next year and I am settled down I will then make a great effort to meet more people than I know here already. I just can't imagine leaving such a good area for the medical care that I need. I won't be moving from this city here in Southern NH.

Tuesday I have plans to go grocery shopping with a friend. Maybe I should treat her to a meal at the restaurant inside the grocery store for taking me grocery shopping. They have a great selection of food to choose from and a place to sit and eat. One thing you should never do is grocery shop hungry. I really want to try to use coupons again. The trick to doing well with coupons is to go to stores that double coupons. We have none of that here.

On this day of your life, Glenna, we believe God wants you to know ... that infinite possibilities are born of faith.
Do you think that's air you breathe; that's earth you walk on? All matter is God's creation. And the source is faith. When you have so much faith that you become one of faith, infinite possibilities open to you.

What are ACEO's?

Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men. Colossians 3:23
Today Is National Doughnut Day you can get one for free!

What is an ACEO?

A.C.E.O. stands for: Art Cards, Editions and Originals.

An ACEO is "always" 2.5 x 3.5 inches in portrait or landscape orientation.

Small collectible pieces of original art or a signed "Open" or "Limited" Edition reproduction print by the artist. Designed on the Artist Trading Cards (ATC) which are 'traded' ...ACEO's are for sale to collectors. They allow people all around the world to collect and sell art because of their affordability and that the small size provides ease of shipping.

I have made many ACEO's using all sorts of mediums such as ink, fabric, pressed flowers, vintage playing cards and much more even watercolor. My favorite medium is drawing in black ink. I should be a tatoo artist but I use my right hand to draw with in ink for therapy. Here are some examples of ACEO's made by me Glenna Normyle

Beautiful Irises Photography by me Glenna Normyle
The irises are in full bloom around here in Southern NH. They are my favorite flower. This picture I took is looking straight into the inside of an iris. These are a light purple. I love the exotic colors such as lime. I have yet to see it growing anywhere though. Some irises have been made to smell good. The most common one you see are the tall bearded irises.

On this day of your life, Glenna, we believe God wants you to know ... that no matter how good you try to be to others, you will occasionally hurt them. Forgive yourself for it.
The same will happen with them. Forgive them for it.
I do!

I just found this recipe it looks interesting! Stuffed chicken and melted strawberries Yum! I will have to try it. Maybe!

It is going to be a toasty day going up to 75 degrees per the weather chart. The breeze from the car window was a really nice coolness. I went out this morning for a doctor's appointment at 11:00 AM It was warm in the sun. It is a bright clear and sunny day at 67 degrees currently. My son dropped his car off for its' annual inspection and an oil change. His car is across the street behind where we live or in front of us but definitely south of us right now getting an inspection and oil change. We walked home from the garage. I will tell you something when I first moved to this area there was a man over there that was trying to get my attention from that garage more than once when I was walking nearby it on the street. I finally got to see him today. Or maybe it was someone else? I don't know. It pretty much looked like the same man.

Do you know what kind of moth this is? I know!

I'm not perfect, but He loves me, He chose me and He has a plan for my life. "He only is my rock and my salvation: He is my defense; I shall not be moved." Psalms 62:6
HAPPY JUNE 1, 2012! TGIF I hope you all have a wonder filled weekend. We are supposed to get rain! WOO HOO
